Casela Bird Park

The Bird Park is home to many species of birds, along with bats, tigers, monkeys, leopards, deer and tortoises, both great and small. Visit around lunchtime to enjoy the views and food from the excellent, but busy restaurant.

	As the Capital city of Mauritius, Port Louis is the most cosmopolitan, and busiest town. Take some time to stroll around the Market, Chinese Quarter, and especially along the Waterfront.

This Creole mansion is a museum, and well worth a visit, but as we found out this area is also known for it's rain.
